As a licensed General Contractor of 20+ years, I have the knowledge and experience needed to take a deeper look into the home and can spot areas of concern quicker than someone who might be simply trained to “do the job”. I can also offer realistic advice of what is needed to make most any repair or alteration to the home and will offer guidance for those DIY projects that you as the homeowner can achieve on your own.
